Swedish Massage

Healing through touch is a natural human instinct and massage therapies such as Swedish massage formalise this natural healing instinct to want to heal ourselves and others. In the West, Swedish massage is probably the most widely practiced form of touch therapy using strokes such as effleurage (stroking), petrissage (kneading), tapotement (striking), frictions (rubbing) and vibration.

Swedish massage treatments can be adapted to suit the client. The full treatment massages the back, back and front of legs, arms, chest and shoulders and face.   It should take approx. 1 hr for a full treatment to be completed however you can also have the following treatments:
