Body Massage
Offering Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage, Thai Hand and Foot Massage, and the brand new Himalayan Salt Stone Massage, these wonderful holistic massages and acupressure treatments provide deeply, relaxing massage to help reduce tension, pain and offering numerous health benefits including relieving stress, improving sleep, elevating your mood, boosting the immune system and assisting the bodies’ lymphatic drainage. Reiki can also be included in these massages to give your body a complete relaxation experience.
Holistic Facial Massage
Offering a choice of the Holistic Facial or the Rose Quartz Facial massage which uses organic products followed by a gentle massage which relaxes and releases the tiny taut muscles of facial expression. Nerve endings are soothed and the complexion will look smoother and more relaxed. Layers of tension are lifted away, leaving you truly relaxed and floating on air
Vibrational Energy Healing
Offering Holy Fire Reiki and Sound Healing, these treatments are very gentle, simple and relaxing where the body is treated as a whole rather than any specific symptoms. Some benefits reported by clients include a deep relaxation, improved mental clarity, a reduction in aches and pains and a positive impact on your mood and performance.
incorporating Aura Cleanse and Chakra Balance
Your aura and chakras will be assessed using a Rose Quartz pendulum and then balanced with either Reiki or Sound healing
Healing Meditations
Group sessions and one to ones available where we will use meditation alongside Holy Fire Reiki and Sound Healing to induce a meditative state which can result in intense relaxation. These meditations can help to reduce stress and pain, lower your heart rate and relieve anxiety.
