Reiki

My Wife arranged for me to have a Reiki session with Jackie. I’d had Reiki before many years ago. The session was SO relaxing, I can only describe it as a massage for the spirit. The atmosphere is warm, relaxing and Jackie’s professional manner puts you at ease straight away. You’ll be amazed at how stress free you feel when you leave. I’d highly recommend treating yourself/loved one/both to this experience.

Hand and Foot Massage

I had a wonderful Hand massage using reflexology unblocking many points in my hand. Jackie is a kind and caring person who has a wealth of experience and knowledge in reflexology and how our meridians are connected. Jackie worked on my hands using reflexology techniques helping unblock key points connecting to some of my organs that I have been struggling with. The knot that was in my hand was skillfully massaged away allowing my body to move, especially in my chest and middle area. I felt energized and relaxed after my massage and eager to experience more with Jackie.
